Equine legal people - advice needed!

I don't want to post the problem publicly but I need some serious advice from any legal whizzes out there. Please pm me if you can offer me some advice, especially solicitors or anyone in that sort of area of work. I'm really desperate!

That won't get you much of an insight into it though, I've been very careful of what I've been posting in the last few days
The passport stuff isn't the issue I'm referring to, that was more out of interest to check something I've been told today.
