Whats the recommended ones? I'd love to buy one for my lady (my birthday is coming up but she always gets the presents ). Would they in some way help a laminitic? Shes currently spending a lot of time in so would love some thing like this to break up her day whilst I'm not there.

I have the Equilibrium massage mitt and my loan horse really enjoys it. It has an automatic 10 minute cycle, although you control how strong the massage vibration is (low, medium, high). I found mine at Viovet about £20 cheaper than the usual listed retail price.

Anything stimulating the circulation will help a laminitic. It can be whisping (old school hay whisp), a nice decent curry comb & brushing, a massage pad or having some body work.

Massage mits are good and they feel nice for the horse, however you won't see any major results. Sort of like you sitting in a massage chair vs seeing a physio or chiro after hurting yourself.
