Anyone know where they're based? Just placed an order with them, then wondered if they're being affected by those terrible floods in Australia right now. Have emailed but guess I wont get a reply if their computers are under 5 foot of water

Their office is in Yarra Junction - about 30 miles east of Melbourne, in Victoria. Floods are in Queensland - more than 1,000 miles North. You should be fine!

Many thanks for the reassurance. It's a relief but terrible that the problems are continuing over there. Was listening to news of more grief on the radio only this morning.
