Hi all, went to change ownership of 1 of my new ponies and the Connemara breeder society will not let me change ownership without the equine premises number, I'm at a small private livery yard so don't have them at my home.
The yard I am at is a small private diy yard but owner rents house and yard/fields from a farmer who still uses 1 of the sheds for cattle in winter, she will not give me her EPN (says does not have one and not needed but has 8 horses of her own with 5 livery's). I am worried now as I cannot change ownership of pony nor can I get a number myself due to nowhere for ponies at home as I'm in a built up area.
Anyone in northern Ireland came across this is yard owner right in saying its not needed and if so how do I take over ownership of pony of which is planned for affiliated competition.
Any advice greatful
