Equine Reiki

I'm a Reiki Master myself. I regularly treat horses and find that they love it.

To learn Reiki (attunded) is easy and once your have learnt it you can then treat your own animals and people.

Reiki is a very calming treatment .

Well worth it.

Thanks Paulineh :) after chatting to her I feel it's a really good treatment to go ahead with, I don't have the time to learn it myself - my horse was mistreated previously and I would do anything for him to be better x

My aged TB went very grumpy at the beginning of this year and I suspected some arthritic pain. I tried a bit of bute which did help but then my friend did some Reiki on him one evening and the next morning he had an exited canter around his paddock when i turned him out, he hadn't done that for years! She had another session on him that evening and next morning, when I turned him out, he let off the highest buck I had ever seen him do since he reached teenage years! It didn't last for long, she couldn't treat him every day but if he was grumpy again next year, I would have to find a practitioner for him, it did make such a big difference.
In fact, I think I'll look for a course for me so I can help my lad when he needs it.

I am a reiki master too and do lots of horses. They all love it and have had some brilliant results. Don't know the lady whos site you put up but i am sure she will make a difference. I do attunements too and level 1 takes about half a day. I only do 1 or 2people at a time though. would take longer if i had a huge class.

I don't have any experience of reiki but I'm not sure how you can tell from that website that this person "seems really good and super horse friendly"? There is very little to be gathered about them or what they are like from their website.

Unless of course you joined HHO just to advertise the website?

I spoke to the contact actually, I don't just use a service based on a website, and have since used her service and things are looking up - thanks for all your comments :)
