Equine Studies college survey

The things that I look for in a livery yard aren't included on your list. For the horses I want daily turnout (field/all weather corral/barn) together for several hours. The old girl gets too stiff and couldn't cope with 23 hours in a 12 x 12 box, the young lad would weave and boxwalk and the grey would be seriously pissed off, possibly jump out and cause chaos. With little electric fenced off individual turnout, they would jump in together anyway (especially the grey). For me I want an on site toilet.

Thanks for your reply. These questions were just to see which would be most important out of the answers I gave. If I was actually going to open this livery yard, there is plenty grazing which would be available all the time and there is also an on site toilet there.
Thank you :)

Just replying to this so that it comes up in the recent feed again. I need 8 more replies so I would really appreciate if people could fill this in. Even if you aren't in the area, it's fine to make something up.

Indeed, not a good attitude. But depressingly common.

Actually, the questions are sensible and well-phrased. But it's not exactly horsey-central is it? Although WONDERFUL in most respects.

Does the lack of local replies suggest the market just ain't there?

Its for college and I was told that was okay. Also, some of the questions aren't specifically to do with the area. It would only be a small yard with around 12 liveries so I know there would be enough business but I needed at least 30 replies so the lack of answers is not really relevant but thanks anyway.
