Which vet practice do you recommend for good service, customer care, reasonable rates, attention to detail, maybe even zoned visits at reduced rate (I’ve been told some practices do this)

I'm with Oakhill & cannot complain about their customer care all vets I've spoken to have been understanding of my concerns or thoughts. They also do monthly visits for some yards which help with the call out/examination charge.
My horse was vetted by Ruffords very reasonable and communication throughout the process. But I've heard that they do not give appointment times they ring you 30mins before arrival, may suit some but not for everyone.
I've been with Gillivers previously, had a few issues with prescriptions but may of just been a isolated issue on both of occasions.
Hillcrest have a lovely equine specialist vet but what put me off is if you need them out of hours any vet from the practice can attend. So they may not have lots of horse knowledge or confidence around them.
North West vets do area visits I believe,not had much other input with them.
