As title do we have any here,

I'm considering doing this but I don't want to do a full time course I'd rather as a work based programme.
Is this possible? Am I to old to do this at 37?
I currently work at an Equine Practice

Can I take your thought and extend it a little? With the rise of Veterinary Rehab Centres, there is a requirement for vet nursing which extends to being a vet tech as well as managing the rehab programmes, ecosystem of providers as well as reporting, billing and comms with the client.

If you are 37, I’m assuming you already have great client experience, understand the industry and would be sought after as top talent for these practices. There is good flipped classroom digital learning coming available to accelerate as there is a talent gap.

Pay is better and it might suit your existing skills better whilst you continue to add to your skills with formal learning and creds.

Or is it time for you to move up the practice management, because we all know how badly that is lacking in the industry.

Where would I find out more about this?

Practice management really wouldn't be for me.
