Equireel problem...no Badminton grassroots DVD

A friend did the 100 (double clear) and I and another mate bought her the Equireel of her x-country download and dvd... She is old school and wants to watch the dvd. It STILL has not arrived. I have chased multiple times and the lst time they responded was a week ago saying they would look into it. Two subsequent chases have had zero response. I've paid for it, so I expect to get it! Anyone else had problems?

Unless your friend is an ‘influencer’, equireel never seem to be in much of a hurry to get videos out…

They're always pretty slow but I'm sure you will get it at some point, appreciate that isn't helpful though!
