I've used it for a couple of years now. I find that I can get away with taking the wet bed about every 3-4 days in winter and once a week the rest of the year. Makes brilliant manure for the garden too! Wouldn't change to anything else.

They use it on the yard where I'm at uni. It seems good, but find it a bit confusing telling where the wet is, due to the colour.

ST88 are you at Hartpury? I met an equisorb rep the other day - said he was at Hartpury the day before as he deals with their contract. I graduated in 2005 from BSc (hons) Equine Science and they always used to use shavings - im curious!

Do you guys not think it is a little spikey and hard? I hear the absorbancy is amazing!?!

Nope, nottingham trent (brackenhurst campus). They started using it because of this tax on muck heaps business, and the company will take away their muck heap for free in return for their business - all liveries have to use it too.
