Has anyone had any issues with the flooring of these boxes please ? The box is only 7 years old but we've noticed the floor in the tack and changing area has become bouncy and bows when you stabd on it. We've noticed what looks like ply strips hanging down by the rear wheels which came away. I have contacted a horsebox services company for advice but wondered if anyone else has experienced anything similar. The box has done very little mileage so it's concerning. Plus, obviously worried about the horse area flooring too !

Looking for any recommendations of trusted horsebox services in Berkshire who is experienced in flooring checks etc.

Their reputation is not good. Was is inspected before you bought it? It maybe worth getting an inspection done now to be sure its safe

From the description of the floor being bouncy and bowing when it is stood on, I strongly suspect that the flooring in all parts of the box is not safe.

Please, please, do not use the box until it has been assessed by a competent person.

The grooms area floor is only ply - depending where you are in Berkshire try Haynes Horseboxes just off j15 M4. No connection but they’ve done good work for friends.
