In the near future i'm going to get one as we've realised 1 of our new boys won't be able to fit in a normal double trailer with another horse,he's that wide!!

Just wondered what views you have on them. Wanting this model so me and OH can go away with the horses and stay over, our little boy is getting big and spending more time doing things away from us so we have a bit more time together now which is nice!

Any negatives to look out for? We can't afford a brand new one but hopefully less than 2 yrs old. thanks

Oh and before anyone starts mentioning the weight of them etc,i know their bloddy heavy and that there arn't many 4x4's that can tow them legally with 2 horses in it!! Part of OH's 4x4 work is towing equitreks so all ok with the car front.

I have the older version the 5* one and I love it, I have a bad traveller and she is lots better in it.
I like the living area, gives hubby somewhere to sit and have a cuppa and somewhere I can get changed.
Wouldnt swop it now.
We tow with a Range Rover 4.6 and wouldnt know we had it on!

i have one and its fantastic. i upgraded to the star trekka from the show trekka for the same reason as you - staying away more with my youngster and having bigger living and more appliances eg toilet

.

I have no problems with my big girl -and she travels brilliantly in it just like the rest of it.

We also have no problems with the weight as we use a defender to tow it.

i bought my brand new and part ex'd my show trekka in against it. have a look of the Equitrek website as they advertise there 2nd hand ones on there.
keep an eye on Horsequest as they sometimes appear on there
