Equitrek trailer - has anyone else had problems

Bought brand new trailer in August 2008 and have now just been told that the front axle has broken - this is the second axle we will have replaced in a year. Has anyone else had similar issues - we are sure it is not how we are driving it.

We also have concerns about the nose weight of the trailer - again would be interested to hear if anyone else has issues. It is a Show Treka M.
 
we have a slightly older version of that model and have had no problems with it really, the one thing that has broken is the wall through into the living has a slight crack in it where my rather large horse kicked it, we have reinfiroced it with some metal bars and is fine now

ive not heard any other people having issues with them either

there was a post on here about a week or so ago with simalar concerns. someone pouporting to be from equirtrek posted a rather arroganty worded reply basicly saying that the trailers were fine
and engineers had propely designed the axles!! and that it was the users overloading them or not evenly loading them or not having the tyres corectly inflated or hitting kerbs etc which was the cause of all the trouble.... funny how axles dont seem to break on batesons, ifors, chevals, rices !!!!
