I did use it religiously for 3 weeks and took photos weekly of the rubbed mane. It did appear to make a difference! I then lost interest so can't comment any further! But it was a very very very good rinse out conditioner!!

I use it and like it a lot. Have used it on rugs rubs with great results.

It is wonderful stuff for humans - I had some hair loss after a vitamin deficiency and used it with great effect!

Yep I use it on my own hair religiously every other day-and it is growing so quickly! :D:eek:

Works on my mare too-thoroughly recommend.

It absolutely ruined my mare's mane - made it very dry and brittle and she lost several inches from the ends.

After posting my experience on another equine forum several other people had similar issues.

An expensive waste of money for me I'm afraid.

I went back to good old (supposedly bad) Canter Mane & Tail conditioner and haven't had a breakage problem since......

Have used the Megatek for a couple of years now when needed, never had problems with breakage, it's helped to thicken out tails significantly. About the same effectiveness, all in, as M.T.G. - but because of its oiliness MTG is not great to use on summer. But for everyday - and especially for now (as in a very cold dyhydrating winter) - I am getting good results using the Premier Rehydrant spray and the Survivor detangler, doing a fabulous job on what was very brittle and matted mane and tail.
