Eskadron climatex bandage pads

Does anyone own a set of these and if so have you used them for dressing surgical wounds?

I had a set of them, they are for underneath exercise bandages. I suppose you could use them for wounds but you'd gave to boil/autoclave them to make them sterile. I'd use large Melolin dressings, personally. Actually, you couldn't boil them as they are "padded" with foam rubber which would disintegrate.
