Essex Peeps Be Aware

I know there has been some emails/texts flying around but this report is geninue - it happened last night down the yard where I am stabled while I was there.

Two foreign (Russian or East European) men in a gold Merc (reg G738 UHV) came into our yard - said they were from Shoebury, they didn't have a horse yet but wanted to look round. We told them to politely go away and told YO. The reg has also been circulated around the local police as well. The men were in their twenties - one was short and fat with a dark beard and the other waas tall, blonde and thin.

Also in another incident at another yard, a foreign family appeared at a yard and said they were looking around and then asked to take photos. The people there at the time agreed and then a few days later their horses appeared on the internet for sale

Please, please everyone be careful and be aware that these things are going on.

Just to add - I had a Cliff Barnsby saddle stolen yesterday from North Essex (nr Dunmow)
