Essex people pretty please

My sister is looking for a new riding horse after the awful events with her Pearl. We are in Yorkshire and she has just seen an advert for what appears to be the perfect horse, anybody fancy going to look for us? We are looking for a mare, bomb-proof in traffic to hack alone or in company, !5:2 to 16hh. The one she has seen is 15:2, 12 years old, on Adhorse ref 16684. Sister broke her leg last year, so the horse has to stand still to get on and off, at a mounting block.
If this mare is as advertised she is ideal, we just need someone to check it out as so far away from us.

I'm not sure I would take the responsibility of looking at it for you, perhaps the owner could give you a referee? Eg Riding club/Pony club person who knows the horse?

That arena in the background looks familiar to me.... I would go but its the other side of essex to me. Ask them to send you a video of her moving etc. Never seen the mare out at comps though so I cant comment on her.

I also seem to recognise the arena, however I don't recognise the area code, it must be a fair distance from me (im in north essex). Any more info and i might be able to help out dealer-wise
