Essex people: Yard help please!

Hello,

I am looking at moving my horse around August time and am hoping to be able to have him in the following areas:

Hullbridge/Wickford/Hockley/South Chelmsford/South Woodham Ferres/Rettendon Common/Downham.

I really really would like all year TO (even for a few hours a day in winter), DIY (with services if possible), good school, friendly liveries, good hacking and somewhere that allows dogs.

I have recently moved over this way and am a bit lost with where to and where not to go! I have made a list of yards:
Brazils - South Woodham (can't find phone number?)
Westlands EC - Rettendon (as above?!)
Lynfords - Wickford
Centre Oaks - Hullbridge
Sudbury Farm - Downham
Fairlight Farm - Downham (website doesn't look like they take liveries?)
Birkett Hall Livery - South Woodham.

A few of these I have rung and left messages/didn't answer; but does anyone have any other suggestions? Do the above sound like they would fit my requirements?

I don't think Lynfords is there anymore - I maybe wrong.

Birkett Hall is a big yard but I haven't been there for years so not sure if dogs are allowed ect.

There are a few yards down by Rettendon - near Runningwell Stud. Stacey's Farm and there is another in with the garden nursery place (don't know name) they are both in Chalk Street.
There is also Runningwell Stud but I think that's full livery only.

If not to far then Lodge Farm in Ramsden is lovely.
