Essex yards, Hatfield Forest/Heath/Broad Oak or the Rodings area, anyone know any?

I'm looking for a yard in the Hatfield Forest or Rodings area. DIY, part or full. I want (don't we all) a decent arena, well managed grazing and good hacking. Pleasant owners would be a bonus!! Any good ideas welcome, plus any to avoid, please?
