I need to find a good estate agent that covers the Copley/Woodland/Butterknowle area. Would anyone have any suggestions, please?

I need to organise selling my mums house, she lives in Copley. As it will all be long distance I would prefer a recommendation rather than just picking a name out of a hat (or google!). Where do you live?

Live Middlesbrough but used to live durham when I worked up there but dont know anyone who personally used agents there so im probably no use
right move is a good website to get it on, quite often estate agents advertise on there too

If its a substantial property g f white are very good for them, im over that way on sunday, could perhaps have a look for some of the more well known ones if you like?

All of them, I live just outside of Barney. Addisons and Grays seem to be the most popular in the area, I see a lot of their boards around.

Im in evenwood which is the village next to cockfield which is next to butterknowle so only about 5/10 minutes away. However i cannot help with estate agents.

We're hoping to move up to Barney in the early summer. We're looking for something within a 15 mile commute of Barnard Castle, at least 3 beds and some acres. So far, GCS Grays and Smiths Gore have been the stand out estate agents sending us properties that absolutely match our requested profile (although SG are living on a prayer that we might go over our budget and occasionally send us stuff that's £0000s over our budget). Nick Carver hasn't been too bad; neither has G F White. Addisons routinely send a pile of rubbish. Given that sort of customer service as a potential buyer, I would hope it would spell good things for a seller, too.

I am not, im not a man and i dont think im quite superb!!
i currently dont own a horse since rosie was pts but i do know who you are talking about!
Where abouts are you at then? i may know of you?

I'm in Essex! My Mum is in Copley and she used to ride a lot and there is a man who rides out that I see rarely, as i'm rarely there! He reschools horses I think? He's quite old fashioned in his way of riding, really lets the horses carry themselves and if they misbehave he doesn't move. Nice to watch.
