Can anyone recommend an estate agent in the Aberdeenshire area who specialise in selling equestrian properties? We are looking to sell ours and want to register with the best we can.

I work for an Edinburgh solicitor/estate agent with an office in Aberdeen, I can ask a colleague if they would recommend anyone for equestrian property if you want?

For properties with land quite a lot of people use strutt and Parker in Banchory. If its more ruffty tuffty farm place then Aberdeen and northern marts in inverurie sell that type of place. Although we bought ours through Aberdein Considine who are an normal agent.

I don't think there are any specialists in Aberdeenshire. Aberdeen and northern marts probably best bet.
