ester and Frank update (well Frank really!)

Just to say that friend trotted frank up and popped him on lunge for me today and he seems ok, a bit stiff maybe behind but no specific lameness, he is a tough little cookie most of the time.

so he'll get a few days off in the field and if ok brought back steadily, by mum and sis.

ester feels shattered though I did sleep quite well considering, have just had a 2hour nap (woke up for lunch,- will go try and attempt to slice bread- if not will open tin) oh and its a bit itchy already but pleased I managed to shower and dress this am
