Dear Welsh Friends,

at the international WPCS meeting in Builth Wells in July 2016 it was agreed to have an European Welsh Forum in mainland Europe to discuss about Brexit in relation to cooperation of WPCS and overseas societies as well as single overseas WPCS members. It was agreed to organize the Forum in parallel to the Equitana 2017 in Essen, Germany. So IG Welsh and the Dutch WPCV organized the Forum at

The hotel is near the Equitana, Essen show ground in order to enable all attendees of the WPCS Forum a visit at the Equitana.

The Forum is planned to start at Saturday, March 18th, at 09.30 a.m. and to finish in the afternoon with a "get together" followed by a buffet dinner at the hotel.

Cost per person will be between 70,00 and 75,00 € (depending on the number
of attendees) including coffee, tea, cold drinks, snacks, lunch and dinner in the evening.

Please make your reservations for the forum via IG Welsh office by February 25th, 2017.

In order to have an interesting meeting for all attendees, IG Welsh and Dutch WCPV
prepared the enclosed agenda. In case you have additional topics to be discussed, please let us know before March 04th, 2017. We will then add these topics to the agenda.
