event horse , any ideas how much ??

we are thinking of selling my OH horse , mainly due to his work committments not allowing him the time to rideand therefore the horse not getting much work at the moment. he is an 11 year old who has previously gone round intermediate with his old owner and has 5 points, he has basically taught other half to ride and taken him around plenty of PN events , his record is a bit hit and miss, always clear XC but dress scores q.high due to rider inexperience. he has won about £90 with him british novice and won the only dressage test i did on him with about 67% per cent. He is not a potential superstar nor just a hack as he loves to compete, he is a full TB ( never raced) anyone got any ideas how much and if there is much market for this type of chap???

Friend of mine is looking for something like this. Latest one she has seen is £8k, but whether the full TB bit would put some people off I don't know.. Also don't know if thats a totally off the mark figure but thats what she is looking at this weekend! Has previously seen horses between £4k and £9k, she wants a schoolmaster type to take her on as got previous horse to PN from very green but has had to retire him from jumping with navicular. How big is he? She might be interested as it happens!
