Has anyone used the eventa reins? I need a new set as current rubber ones going to the dogs. I have had a look at these and like the flexible feel of them especially for flatwork, but are they grippy and bulky enough to get hold off when new horse takes off (as I think he may) now the ground is better and we can get a decent canter out on a hack!!

Also - anyone found them at a good price??

Thanks

Love them, I have a pair of Kate Negus ones, I wouldn't go back to normal rubber reins. I use them for everything and have never had a problem.

they are great but have you tried the insider grip reisn by GFS they look like leather on outside but have grip inside. try www.equicare.co.uk they do both but the eventa reins aren't on website you have to order those over the phone.

I love them SO much, they are fantastic I struggle riding in other reins now which isn't great but oh well. They really are the best and I use them for everything xc, hunting, schooling, hacking. When I changed my tack from black to brown these were the first things I bought in brown (even befor saddle!!) Well worth the money!
