How do you qualify for...
PN3DE?

2 day novice?

CCI*?

It's all in there somewhere! Can't tell you for sure on the PN3DE, but think it's something like 3 clear xc PN ODEs; for the Novice 2 day I think it's 2 clear xc Nov ODE; and for a CCI* I think you have to have completed 3 Novices clear xc plus either a Novice 2 day or an Intermediate clear xc. Incidently a CIC* only requires 2 clear Novice xc rounds.... Confusing isn't it?!

How long do they last for? e.g if you get a clear say next weekend at Novice can you use that in qualification to do a 2day Nov next year then a CCI*?

I found it, it's rule 98 and onwards for the PN3DE and Nov2DE rules, page 79. The rules for the CCI* will be in the FEI section. FEI rules state that qualifying results last for the 2 seasons - so I assume it's the same for national rules. Oh and it's 4 clear xc rounds at Novice for the Nov2DE, plus no more than 16 jumping faults in the sj.

Qulaification for PN3DE is 5 clears XC at pre-noice level. Time faults do not count. This year the requirement was dropped to 3clears due to the number of cancelations.
First 3 or 4 in a PN3DE go straight through to the PN championships without having to do a regionals
