every time, why me ??

my boy came in from the field on saturday morning with a kick just above his knee, ive phoned vet and got some advice, only small cut but quite deep, cleaned out with water and hibiscrub and gave him some antibiotics for a few days ... seems every time he starts schooling well or going well at home something happens ! hes not lame on it but it is puffy so vet advised box rest for a few days.

hes just recovered and start going well after a tendon injury, whi is it when you start planning they pull something else out the bag ??

thank you, would anyone advise anything else to clean it with rather than hibiscrub ? will try anything possible, someone said hotwater and salt ?
