exam

didnt mean to, horse was being lazy (i didnt even no i had!) one of the other girls said that i had twice! ahhh so angry with my self

Have you officially been told you have failed?

When I was training for mine we were told that use of the whip was ok as long as it was justified, i.e if the horse wasn't going forward, and that it was done safely. Cracking the whip shouldn't fail you as long as it was appropriate and you got the right result and the horse went forward.

No i haven't been told the examiner didnt even mention it just the other girls thought it would be appropriate to keep reminding me, now im worrying about it, they said crack of whip = immediate fail :-/
thanx

I accidentally cracked the whip in my stage 2 and I didn't fail but I did point it out to the examiner and said that it didn't spook the horse or the one next door so she wasn't too bothered. If the horse didn't go tanking off when you did it you probably got away with it. Good luck! You should hear pretty soon

If you lunged in a workman like fashion it will not matter one jot. they look that you are safe and get on with the job, that's all

You're not supposed to 'crack' the whip really...but nor do you have to be absolutely perfect to pass.
Anyway, there's no point worrying about it now...so you might as well relax til the results appear.
Fingers crossed for you.
