Excellent Customer service from Premier Equine

Bought some Combo sport boots at Olympia. Went to put them on Belle on Wednesday night and discovered I had two left boots

However, one of neds has trashed one of the Pro Choice combo boots while I was away so needed another pair anyway.

Rang PE yesterday and explained problem but that I wanted a another set anyway, so to make life easier could they just send me two right boots. Lady whizzed off and spoke to manager then came back and said to keep the boots I have and they would send me two new sets out and just to pay for one set

To make service even better, the replacement boots have arrived this morning.

Only annoying thing is that they are far better quality and design than the Pro Choice boots and are only £40 which is half the price I paid for the Pro choice set!

The company needs commending that they now get post like this they they seemed to have totally have turned round
their customer service .
A few years ago I remember reading several posts on here saying totally the opposite looks like the demons are long banished well done premier equine

Yes glad to hear theyve turned things round as my only experience a few years ago was of appalling customer service & they were also v rude when clips kept falling off 2 rugs after few days use. Due to this I have boycotted them since.

also very pleased with them, brought a set of xc boots and after one wear one boot seemed to be splitting in an odd place that meant it wasnt a strike from the horse, phoned them up and was told to send the boots back they would have a look and if it was faulty replace them, 2 days later i got a new pair and postage refunded!
they also posted the first set out really quickly as i phoned them on the thursday morning and said what was the chance of having them by saturday, no problem they said and saturday morning i got my boots! havnt tried any of their other products yet but have my eye on a few!

Always given quick and prompt service. Also their rugs have been well and truly tested by numerous grass liveries over the years and have really stood up well
