Seeing as we are normally complaining, thought I would do the opposite! I ordered a musto jacket - was informed when it would arrive but unfortunately when it did, buttons were actually falling off. I emailed immediately - and got a quick response asking me to return. EQ came back to me when they had received the goods and said they would then contact me within 7 days - which they did. They then called me a couple of days later as promised and I have just spoken to them today - and they GAVE me the option of a replacement or refund. No questions!

So thumbs up for excellent and quick customer service.. I have bought quite a bit of them and will very happily continue to do so and recommend them as well!
 
Yes they are very good. I said the same about Derby House. 2-3 weeks ago I ordered some boots on a Monday night, they came on the Wednesday. Good service or what!
 
Finding it quiet funny how impressed we all are with good service...think it's because we're so used to bad that when a company actually does what it's supposed to we are surprised!!! I've used them before and always been very happy, I use Fast Tack Direct too and find them very good also.
 
Another EC fan here - always had wonderful service and any returns have been very speedily dealt with. Will certainly use them again.
 
Also an EC clearance fan and BTW the just togs jackets they have on clearance atm are fab fab fab, mine arrived yesterday. Sort of warm and snug but not michelin woman and has nice bits like fleece cuffs so they dont scratch. I used to have a JT jacket and really liked it and this is just as nice but big bargain too cos of ECW!
 
Ordered a rug on sunday from EC and Im hoping it will be here tomorrow. Never had a problem with EC unlike one of the others named on this thread who went sharply downhill when they expanded.
 
they are usually quite good although the wrong item has turned up a couple of times, Im waiting for my wellies at the minute they were shipped friday, should be here tomorrow I hope

Yup me too, I ordered a Heather Moffett seat saver and unfortunately they sent the western version! However they were so quick to offer me a full refund including the postage I paid, or a replacement!! Will use them again as they are so helpful and very quick getting back to you.

Better than that one tack shop we all rant about :)....No I want a refund, not your bl00dy vouchers as you won't send the damn items!!
