Seeing as we are normally complaining, thought I would do the opposite! I ordered a musto jacket - was informed when it would arrive but unfortunately when it did, buttons were actually falling off. I emailed immediately - and got a quick response asking me to return. EQ came back to me when they had received the goods and said they would then contact me within 7 days - which they did. They then called me a couple of days later as promised and I have just spoken to them today - and they GAVE me the option of a replacement or refund. No questions!
So thumbs up for excellent and quick customer service.. I have bought quite a bit of them and will very happily continue to do so and recommend them as well!
