As so many companies get bad press, I thought i'd share my excellent experience with equlibrium
I bought the stretch and flex training wraps in March but no longer had the receipt and the stitching had started to come undone on the bottom, supporting strap. I emailed equlibrium on wednesday and recieved a reply back within an hour, sent the boots off to them and today a brand new pair arrived.
