As most posts are negative about companys I wanted to share my excellent experience with horseware
I have a Rambo protector and flybuster which are both just over a year old. The silky lining on the front of both of them has started to fray and get holes in so they were starting to be rubbed across the shoulders and withers.
I emailed horseware 2 weeks ago and told them this, they emailed back last week and yesterday new silky material for both rugs was delivered to me, all free.
Big thumbs up for them
