Went for a hack today, was pretty cold and since taxis fully clipped out needs to wear his Excersise sheet every time I ride to keep him warmish, just wondering what everyone does when it's really windy as the fillet string doesn't keep it from flapping about the place, was thinking about putting leg straps onto it rather than having the fillet string, since the most we do out on a hack is trotting at the moment with the weather being unpredictable And taz being really spooky

Would putting leg straps onto the Excersise sheet be okay don't think the sheet serves its purpose when it's blowing all over the place and scaring taz at the same time but he can't be ridden without it as its too cold

Any suggestions would be great! Felt like I was going to get blown off today it was that windy! Was grateful when i got into the sheltered part of the hack

Sorry if this doesn't make sense can't read it back on my phone

If its really windy I don't ride - just cos I can't hear traffic enough to stay safe and we have to hack on roads.

I think putting leg straps on is a good idea - can't see that it would cause a problem. You could use elasticated leg straps just so there's a bit of give when you're moving at speed? :)

The hacking where I am is really quiet and are lucky if we meet one car think I will try add some leg straps to both of the sheets unfortunately they are quite light weight which doesn't help especially when it's as windy as today felt like I was going to get blown away! Haha
