Decided I'm going to do a couple of PN's at the end of the season, getting all excited now!!

questions are;

1 - I'm either looking to do Winkburn Park or Allerton Park for the first one, I've done both and Allerton Park didn't seem too bad last time, although the course description says "up to height" and "built of solid timber" which sounds a bit scary!! Any one done either recently??

2 - I'll be doing them on a ticket, however I'm concerned I'll always get balloted if there have been a lot of cancellations - has there been a lot of events canceled in the north?

Thanks to anyone who may be able to help!!

Allerton Park is lovely, I didnt do it last year but the year before. It is solidly built but I find they jump better than having weedy, trappy little things. I have no idea about the balloting as there have been cancelletions everywhere and if people are like me, they are more likely to travel to get a run. Id say there is a better chance of you getting in there rather than somewhere down south.

Will see you if you go to Winkburn! Lovely lovely event, I walked the PN course last year, and also jumped round some of it Bloodhounding, it asks a few questions in the woods, but generally is one of my favourites....

Thank you ladies!! I'm a bit torn still, not sure if I'm being cocky skipping intro (although we all managed before!) and so feel like I should do an easier PN, although I did Allerton 3 years ago and it seemed quite strait forward and it's such a lovely event... Winkburn is nice too though.. decisions decisions!
