Excited gelding when Mares are in season

My boy gets very excited when the mares go into season, he stands quivering and sniffing the air and then snatches a mouthfull of food or hay and sniffs and snorts so it all falls on the floor. Does anyone else have this problem and is there anything I can give him? Fortunately it only seems to be a problem the day they go into season, the next day he is fine.

Pah thats nothin compared to what Blue sometimes does when the girls are in season! If he's feelin up to it he'll jump fence/gate to get to them and then rape them!

Dragon likes the ladeez

Not so bad now he's in a seperate gelding field, but on our old yard in a mixed herd

He generally just prances and poses now
