Tonight i got my hands on my new "project"! owner said they had had a bash at lunging her in the morning and she said it was a nightmare, she was pulling them around and basically taking the piss. but sounded like they ended on a good note.
So i thought id try my rusty horse whispering skills! i got a little bit of a response from her, she wanted to be my friend but just wasnt sure, i eventually got her to join up she was still too interested in what was going on everywhere else, and listening for her best mate calling her. but when something spooked her she stayed glued to my side! which i was very happy with.
Owner say she was alot calmer with me and was very pleased how she reacted to me.
im so chuffed i havent felt so enthuiastic about a horse in such a long time its an amazing feeling to have again, im looking forward to playing with her tomorrow!
