I'm off to try a horse on Sunday that my instructor has recommended for me. It's basically a free loan to school over winter and event next summer. Spoken to the lady on the phone and she sounds lovely, this is the last of her homebreds and she can't bring herself to sell her even though the lady no longer want to compete herself. Basically it's ideal for me. I'm just starting to get nervous now incase I forget how to ride and make a fool of myself haha. I am totally up to the job other wise i know my instructor wouldn't have recommended me but this is such a big opportunity i'm worried I will mess it up and miss my chance!
Not really sure what the point of this post is but my mother doesn't understand/care so I just needed to get it out!

Wine and cake for all who read :D

I would give my right arm for someone competent and caring to do a bit with my boy.... Having a four year old and studying for a degree doesn't leave much time for riding. I'm happy to do all the yard chores etc. Go for it, it sounds like you will both be happy xx

Bexx you will be super.... it's always a bit of a worry trying a new horse, but once you are in the saddle for ten minutes you will relax and ride like a true pro.... have confidence you will be fine.

Congrats, hope it goes well :)

Thanks so much everyone! I've just all of a sudden gone into panic mode ha! Hopefully I'll have a positive report on Sunday and maybe some pictures :)
