Exercise Bandages

Hi, Fred is going to have to wear exercise bandages on his hind legs as his brushing boots keep rubbing so ive been told he can't wear them anymore and put bandages on instead.

I just have a couple of questions

Can horses jump in them?

How do I know if I have done them too tight?
