exercise or not ??

my 5 yo nephew stood on,and tripped over my 12 week old border collie pups paw and now she is really limping,when it happened she coulndt get up and was wimpering for a while even while i was holding her,i dont think it is broken because she is leaning SOME weight on it without yelping and is still playing,but should she be playing the same as usual or exercised for little amounts for a few days ???

I would take her to a vet.

took willow to the vets today.when the vet was feeling for pain she yelped everytime he bent her wrist,so he has kept he in for an x-ray to check for chips/fractures and i have to phone about 3 to check how it went and when i can get her home.

she has been to the vets and had an x-ray.turns out it is just a bad sprain,the vet is trying to get her painkillers but is finding it hard because how young she is,but glad she will be ok.
