Exercise post flu jab

Hello! Just a quick question as above really. My boy is having his flu jab soon an i wanted to know what I can and can't do afterwards. I'm medical so I know the science bit but wondered about how everyone finds their beasties do afterwards? If I did anything it would be a little walk/trot hack later that afternoon.
