I want a good quality exercise rug which is thick and also deep/long down the sides and covers most as much of horse as poss as we have cold easterly wind and mare is clipped out. currently have 4ft 9 masta fleece lined waterproof but this too small.

I have a rambo one fine for lorry but thin and short complex waterproof one fab when cold deep heavy enough not to blow up on spooky tb expensive but worth every penny

Of the ones I have, the Swish one, made of thermatex-type material is by far the deepest-excellent coverage for a fully clipped horse:) (Not waterproof tho,but I stuck a hi-viz sheet over the top.)

My coolex wrap around is yummy :D really thick thermatex-type material and it is also long so it covers all of the bum! It isnt waterproof so if it is rainy + cold I just stick a thin waterproof one on top.

I think thin carpet must be used while exercises because body gets already heated while working out and also lot of sweat is released which make carpet smelly. So washing it easy rather than heavy one.

I love my thermalux one again not water proof but wrap around :)
I have the master quarter sheet- attaches to girth straps so no bulk under leg or saddle.

Plus a lovely HV polo fleece one for a lightweight option
