exercises for getting on!

ok, barewith me on this one?

this may sound abit weird but how do you stretch your leg muscles so you can get on? Since I had an op on my back i've been pretty much screwed trying to stretch any of my lower body! Up until tomorrow, I have always had a decent size mounting block, so never worried about it.. until now! I have a short mounting block at the yard. So my question is, how do you stretch ya leg muscles to cope and get ya bounce back?

Don't bother! Just get another, bigger block!! ;)

I cannot get on H from the ground and I really know I should try (in case of mishaps while out, if nothing else!) So any suggestions you receive will be viewed with interest!
