exercises on a hack

Hi all

having just come back into riding I'd like to improve my muscles so looking for ideas things to do whilst mounted on a hack?

Any ideas? x
 
I got back into riding after a 13 year break and found my muscles really needed toning! I can't think of any whilst on a horse but on ground I found pilates and yoga helpfull and also did lots of squats, lunges and sit-ups.
