So I finally reached my goal weight this week! Yay me! All thanks to having tink.

Now I want to tone up and strengthen my core, one to look better (after having children I need to tone up!) and two to help my riding.

I'm going to start Pilates today, are there any other exercises you guys find helpful and improve your riding abilities or postures?
 
Well done :D
If you can ride bareback at all I find it very helpful with core muscles.
Anything involving balance too, so any gym movement in slow motion and held for longer.
