Exeter area - Dartmoor access livery yards

Hello,

Does anyone know of livery yards with riding straight onto Dartmoor with a school? As close to Exeter as possible.

I have a friend looking to relocate to the area and she only hacks so wants the best hacking.

I am near Haldon so do have the woods to ride in but it's not that great really so she is thinking Dartmoor but I don't know the area that well only relocated a few years ago myself and the one yard I knew off shut down.

There are a couple of yards near Okehampton that have access to Dartmoor: Eastlake Farm is just outside Belstone, so right on the moors (but it doesn't have an arena), while 2 by 2 Livery is just off the moor but reachable by bridlepath, and has an arena. I don't know what they are like as yards. There used to be a couple of yards near Dunsford/Christow which had good hacking but not sure if they still exist (I think one was called Robert's Acre and was on an organic farm). Holly Farm in Cheriton Bishop has nice facilities but the hacking is limited and a lot of it is roadwork.

Other areas with good hacking (some of which are closer to Exeter - Dartmoor isn't actually that close!) include Woodbury Common, Mutter's Moor near Sidmouth, East Hill Strips near Ottery St Mary, and the area around Ideford.
