I went on Tuesday, awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww made me very sad walking around the horses and ponies! Yearling shetlands were going for £20, average childs pony who has been there seen it all, beach ponies etc going for £250, Tbs going for about £300... a 17hh warmblood ( handsome and upstanding bright bay with Stringhalt) went for £950 and 2 coloured cobs who are hunting went for the most at £1600.

Really pulls at your heart strings tho, 2 little welshies about 12hh have been together all their life, two homes ago they were a driving pair, then been together in this home for 7 years, came into the ring hugging each other sold as a pair and the person who bid, said last min, I only want one, and the owner agreed so they went their seperate ways, can't stop thinking about it!!

Awwwwwww sorry!! Was my first ever visit and found that I was stopping at every other stall to stroke a fretting horse, the whole nature of the building is echoey and metal gates, alot were so upset! I know its life toughen up etc etc, but I am too soft!! As for the welshies, I was very cross with the bidder and owner!!

I'm sure the bay WB with stringhalt has been doing the rounds of the sales - poor sod.

Awwwww no!!!!!!!! He was stunning and obviously very friendly he made sure EVERYONE stroked him, then when he was in the ring he kept sticking his head over to say hello to the bidders stood close by, he's obviously a really nice person, awwwwwww poor beggar!:( x

I totally fell in love with a Fyord!!!! He was about 12 hh and 12 hands wide! Talk about Rhino!!!! He didn't make it into the ring????? somebody said they thought due to lameness, but he was adorable! x

How much did the 17mth old gelding go for? He had a bad right leg with puss coming out of it :( Those welsh ponies were lovely, such a shame they got split poor things!!!
