Exmoor people. police need your help.

I do it anyway, don't need a jacket, if I see people up to no good ie illegal trial bikes, yobs vandalising public stuff, people rabbiting with dogs along the railway line ect I use my mobile and phone the police.

Although it makes you wonder why sometimes, people on a live railway line rabbiting who had gone over the fence, I phone police, operator asks me if they are kids, I don't see a difference, it's extremely dangerous and illegal, it was adults anyway, I don't see the relevance in whether they were kids or adults !!!!!

I don't bother to call the police or the corporation of london wardens anymore and neither does anyone else as after 6 calls to both in the past to report quad bikes & motorbikes, flying up and down bridlepaths and footpaths across the Downs, no one turned up on any occasion even after I sat waiting for them for 1 and a half hours, they simply don't bother.We just threaten the idiots riding the bikes to punch their lights out if they ride near us and one chap knocked one off his bike as he was flying past him with a "handy" stick he was carrying to throw for his dogs, considering he is BIG none of the offenders had the bottle to retaliate, this is how we have to deal with it as your totally on your own out there.
