expensive knight rider saddles/latex panels?

Friend is selling a nice looking (in pics) dressage saddle made by knight rider. I did some research and only found the cheap versions made in india and most likely stuffed with newspaper But this is a leather, monoflap dressage saddle. Anyone know anything about them?

Also what/how do latex panels work and how soft are they?
