Tarpaulin on the ground, umbrellas, plastic carrier bags flapping around, simple pole work are all good for giving them something different to look at and get used to. Especially helpful if you're planning on taking him out and about too I suppose

Eta, you could also start getting him used to travelling, and take him to indoor showing classes (tho I suppose the summer season is over now) if you want to get him out and about.
