Hi all,
My jrt is 10 yrs old, and has been having some odd symptoms- not sleeping well, having sort of panic attacks, looking at rear end etc. anyhow i have taken her to the vet, and he gave her an xray which revealed an enlarged liver and gasses in her stomach which may or may not be related.
Has anyone experience of a dog with this problem, have you given any natural remedies for it? The vet gave an injection to help the liver, and also a long acting painkiller and anti inflamatory. She has much improved since the vet, when i go back in a few days i will ask him to re xray to see if things have improved. I assume once the liver is enlarged it isnt going to reduce again, but wonder if anyone can recommend a specific food etc to help my dog? X
